Atlanta is an impressive city with centuries of history. Many things have happened in this southern city (which also hosts Coca-Cola and CNN) but its present and future are also very good. Among the endless activities you can do, going shopping is a pretty good one. Here you can get to know the best malls in Atlanta, the most important fashion brands that you can find in each one, the department and discount stores and much more.
Malls in Atlanta
Mall of Georgia
The Mall of Georgia is not only the largest among all malls in Atlanta, but there are none that compare in size in the whole Peach State. That’s why it has that name, because when it was built, at the end of the last century, it was always intended to be the most important place for shopping in Georgia. And it still is, although it has been more than 20 years since its opening and new shops and shopping centers have arrived in the city.

It is the only mall in the city that has 5 different department stores (Belk, JCPenney, Von Maur, Dillard´s and Macy´s), to which is also added Dick s Sporting Goods as its other anchor store. Although there is a very good selection of brands in any of these stores, there are several other stores that you will like. These include Coach, Lucky Brand, Hollister, Michael Kors, White House Black Market and Chico’s. In addition to shopping, the Mall of Georgia is also a great place to dine, as there are great restaurants in its outdoor section The Village. These include Tin Lizzy’s Cantina, P.F. Changs and The Cheesecake Factory.
